Overview
Haji Adinin and Sons (B) Sdn Bhd (HAS) is the flagship subsidiary of the ADININ Group of Companies. The present Chairman, being the founding Director of Haji Adinin and Sons (B) Sdn Bhd, started this company in 1983. He was Managing Director until January 1994 when he transferred his responsibilities to the present Managing Director and remained as Chairman of the company. Over the years, HAS has diversified its activities to consolidate its position as one of Brunei's premier civil construction contractors, with a portfolio including landmark projects such as the B$68M Sungai Liang Water Treatment Plant. Today, HAS operates through three integrated departments: Construction & Contracts, Trading & Manufacturing, and IT & Telecom Services — each supporting and supplementing the others to maximise group synergy.
