About ADININ
Group of Companies
Moving Forward With The Nation — a promise kept for over 47 years of nation-building, infrastructure, and service excellence.
Our Story
From a Small Trading Company to a National Institution
From humble origins as a trading company in the heart of Brunei's oil belt, AGC has built an enviable track record of nation-building infrastructure projects. The group's construction and engineering arms have delivered some of Brunei's most critical public works — including the B$68 million Sungai Liang Water Treatment Plant, major sewerage treatment facilities, and extensive pipeline networks serving communities across the country.
AGC's deep roots in the energy sector date back to the establishment of Deladi Petroleum Services in 1985, creating a direct service link to Brunei Shell Petroleum and Brunei LNG. Today, the group's Oil & Gas division operates across the full value chain — from equipment supply and tank foundation works to integrated maintenance contracts at LNG facilities.
As a family-owned business built over 45 years, AGC embodies the values of integrity, longevity, and deep commitment to Brunei's development. The group's tagline — "Moving Forward With The Nation" — is not merely aspirational; it reflects a lived history of growth alongside Brunei Darussalam itself.

Hj Adnin Bin Pehin Dato Hj Ibrahim
Chairman & Founder
Hj Adnin founded Aisha Trading Company in 1977 with a vision to build a sustainable, diversified business group serving Brunei's growing economy. Beginning with general trading in the Belait District, he methodically expanded into construction, engineering, Oil & Gas services, and beyond. Over nearly five decades, his leadership has guided AGC from a single trading enterprise to an 11-company conglomerate with projects valued in excess of B$90 million. His philosophy of building lasting partnerships — with clients, government, and the community — underpins AGC's enduring success.
"Building a company is like building a nation — it requires patience, commitment, and a genuine desire to serve. We are proud to have played a role in Brunei's infrastructure development over these 45+ years, and we remain committed to contributing to the nation's continued progress."

Hj Musa Bin Hj Adnin
Managing Director
Hj Musa joined AGC following his university education, bringing fresh perspectives on modern business management while preserving the family values and client relationships his father established. As Managing Director, he has overseen the group's expansion into new sectors including IT & Telecommunications, Automation, and Environmental Services. He also serves as the Honorary Consul of Mexico in Brunei Darussalam, reflecting his engagement in international diplomacy and cross-border business development.
"Our father's generation built the foundation. Our responsibility is to modernise and expand it — to bring AGC's proven capabilities to new sectors and new opportunities, while never losing sight of the values and relationships that made us who we are."
